If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient in need of personalized care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.

Meet Tracie

Hi! I’m Nurse Tracie, I received my Nursing Degree from School of Nursing and Allied Health in Nassau, Bahamas where I lived for 14 years.  I provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients about various health conditions, provide advice and emotional support for our patients and their family members. I assist both Dr. Sachdev and Howard Young PA-C with procedures throughout the day. Here at Sachdev Orthopaedics we work as a team, we all pitch in where necessary to make this office run as smooth and efficient as possible. I look forward helping you.

Hi! I am Deb, Office Manager at Sachdev Orthopaedics, I have worked with Dr. Sachdev for twenty plus years and will always greet you with a smile. I am here to help you with any medical or billing questions you may have. Feel free to call me at any time.

Your Visit

Your initial visit will include a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, which will be recorded in detail in your patient record. A copy of this will be sent to your referring physician and, if indicated, your physical therapist. If you do not wish your records to be released to anyone, please tell us at the time of your visit. Information regarding your evaluation will not be released by our office to any one other than your referring physician or therapist without your written permission. Please remember to bring your insurance form or card and a list of your current medications to your appointment.

Emergencies

If you are a postoperative patient and you develop a condition or symptom requiring immediate attention, please contact our office or answering service. One of our physicians is always on call and will make arrangements to see you in our office or an emergency room. If your condition does not need immediate attention, please call our office between 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. so that we can accommodate you as soon as possible.

Fees & Payments

We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we’ll bill them. However, payment is the patient’s responsibility. We’ll help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.

Insurance Information

We participate with most major insurance plans. Please ask at the time of your appointment. Your health is our prime concern. If you do not have health insurance, please do not let financial problems keep you from getting the medical care you need. If you will frankly discuss your financial problems with us, we will work out a mutually acceptable payment plan.
